Being that I'm always under a lot of pressure, I have taken so many sleeping pills, patches, sprays that I can't even remember them all!!!
Ambiatol us the first that has really worked in a very long time.
I am greatful as thrilled to have found this product on Amazon.

I have taken ambien, lunesta & a few others over the last 2 years and Ambiatol worked without the side effects of the others. I am happy to have found it.

Ambiatol proved ineffective in helping me relax and/or sleep. I've used supplements before (Myocalm) that worked much better. Sadly, despite the positive reviews, Ambiatol didn't help me sleep at all. Your mileage may vary however as everyone's physiology is slightly different.

I tried this product for a few weeks and after 1 or 2 hours of sleep I was awake for the rest of the night.I kept thinking that after a time it would work but it never did.
