The regular strips just didn't do anything for my husband who snores a lot. With these he could actually feel it pulling, and opening him up, he breathed easier right away. My wife noticed a considerably weaker snore, and they provide a measerable amount of breathablility. Simply put, they work. Great product. Really helps!
