The SnoreMeds anti-snoring mouthpiece is an oral appliance generally worn at night. The anti-snoring mouthpiece works as a splint by positioning and holding the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep. By doing this, the respiratory tract is widened, which enables air to flow unobstructed through the breathing passage enabling the patient to breathe more freely and stop snoring.

You will receive SnoreMeds hypoallergenic thermoplastic mouthpiece, Spatula - used for molding and for ease of use when cleaning the mouthpiece , anti-bacterial storage container, detailed instructions

I bought this stop snoring mouthpiece last month and it has reduced my snoring considerably. I use to wake up feeling tired but now I have more energy during the day. It was easy to mold to my mouth using hot water. Once I got use to wearing it I was able to sleep through the night without any problems.

5 out of 5 stars Works for Me !!   August 1, 2009

Reporting after three days use; I wanted to wait at least a week before reviewing this item, but couldn't. Was realitively simple to fit to mouth, (follow the direction to the letter), and worked first night. Wife said I had one small snore episode the first night. After that she said she doesn't remember, she was SLEEPING.
My jaw takes only about fifteen minutes to return to normal and I had very minimal discomfort in the morning, (fifteen minutes at most, both teeth and jaw).
Don't get me wrong, when you take it out in the AM, you can tell you've been wearing a mouthpiece, but the feeling goes away quickly, (at least for me).
For the price, it's definitly worth a try, (should have done it sooner).

I do notice a slight discomfort for an hour or so in the morning when I remove it, but my wife is very happy with the results. I was able to reheat it a couple of times to get the correct fit.

5 out of 5 stars No more snoring in an airplane!   October 21, 2009

Last month, and at the last minute, it ocurred to me that, eventhough I don't care to snore in my bedroom, I do care to snore on an airplane. I left for a trip to Europe last September 30th. Since I am traveling from Puerto Rico I traveled around 4 hours to Newark and around 8 hours to Madrid. For sure I was going to sleep and with my sleep comes my snoring.
Two years ago I traveled to Washington D.C. and everytime I fall asleep somebody poked my arm to wake me up because I was snoring. I never knew who it was.
This time I ordered the Anti Snore Mouth Guard Device at the last minute and got it before I left to Europe. It was the best decission I made. I did get to sleep without the concern that I was going to bothered anybody in the airplane.

5 out of 5 stars May have saved my marriage!   January 8, 2010

At first it's a little uncomfortable, but so was getting poked by my wife to stop snoring every night! It has completely stop my snoring.

The first time I molded it, is pushed my jaw too far forward and it hurt too much to use. So after a few days I was able to re-mold it with my jaw in a more natural position. After that, less jaw and tooth pain and still no snoring.

So when you mold this the first time, don't stick you jaw TOO far forward.

Overall, as I said, it may have saved my marriage! :)
